I’m not gonna lie, I am super obsessed with pineapple right now! It’s delicious and has a ton of health benefits! It’s high in fiber which keeps you fuller longer and it’s high in antioxidants and vitamin C! So eat up the pineapple!

So for my first workout I decided since it was such a nice day out that I would go swimming! Running and going to the gym seem to lose my interest after a few days so I thought I should switch it up with swim.

Today marks the day that I start caring about my body. I want to feel energized and good about myself. I’ve tried multiple times to eat healthy and exercise but I never seem to have the motivation to continue. My hopes are that by documenting my journey that it will be motivation. I hope that not only will I help myself but also help others stay motivated during their journey. So, here we go!
